It Project Manager (Relocation In Alicante)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex IT, software and digital transformation projects.You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.Experience in industrial digital solutions, SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT or industrial automation will be considered a strong advantage.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions, from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment, and project delivery activities.Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.Occasionally travel to project sites and other company locations to support project delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience as Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.Proven experience coordinating the delivery of software applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects.Experience working with software development and/or IT teams, ideally in multidisciplinary environments.Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.Analytical mindset and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Professional English (C1) is mandatory.Professional French is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with French-speaking teams and stakeholders.Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for project-related activities.Experience with SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT, industrial automation, industrial systems or data acquisition is a strong plus.What do we offer?Individual training budget of €1,200 (languages, books, certifications, etc.).Flexible remuneration package.Discounts at sports centers (AndJoy).Free private health insurance.Monthly follow-up meetings with your manager for continuous feedback.Access to our Technology Communities, where you can share knowledge, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally.Do not know us yet?Discover more here:And have a look at what our employees say about us on Glassdoor!We are excited to meet you!The employee will be required to comply with the Information Security policies:They will have access to confidential information related to Capitole Consulting and the project they are assigned to.They must comply with the information security policies, as well as the internal policies and procedures of both Capitole Consulting and the client.They will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Previous experience as Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
