Must-Have

• Background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work specialization.
• Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies.
• Strong opinions on business deliverable quality, articulated in writing.
• Access to Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel., * Complete the Corporate Designer calibration assessment (55 mins, untimed).
• Preference labelling (45 min): Evaluate three client deliverables and score them.
• Tooling & portfolio (10 min): Confirm access to PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and upload 12 slide decks.
