Backend Software Engineer

You’ll work across back-end software and systems engineering on a platform hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The environment is technology-agnostic, with a focus on choosing practical tools and using AI to work more effectively., * Design, build and improve scalable back-end services, systems and platform capabilities.

• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services within a Google Cloud Platform environment.
• Use AI and modern engineering tools to improve development workflows, problem-solving and day-to-day efficiency.

• Strong back-end software and/or systems engineering experience, with examples of platforms or systems you have personally helped build.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a technology-agnostic approach to solving engineering problems.
• A demonstrable interest in AI, including practical examples of how you use AI tools to make your engineering work more efficient.

• A fully remote role working on technology supporting the delivery of digital health services.
