Job description
SC cleared Infrastructure Specialist - Project & Platform Support Focus - Horizon SME You will primarily focus on technical project delivery and platform-level support, with the flexibility to support BAU activities as needed., * Provide technical assistance to projects, including design input, implementation, testing, and transition into BAU.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for virtualisation technologies and support knowledge transfer where required.
- Support BAU operations and front-line fix activities during periods of increased demand.
- Collaborate with HMRC teams and suppliers to coordinate technical delivery across projects.
- Participate in on-call support arrangements.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with VMware, vSphere, and Horizon.
- Windows Server administration (2012 R2, 2016, 2019).
- HPE server infrastructure support.
- Active Directory administration; SCCM knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Basic networking and DC management activities
