BI Developer (Dynamics 365 CE) | Remote (UK) | Up to £65,000

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to drive data-led decision-making through the development of robust reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using data from Dynamics 365 CE and other business systems.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Work with stakeholders to identify trends, improve reporting capabilities, and support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.

• At least 4 years’ experience in BI Development, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM data.
• Previous business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft data technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
