Job description

  • Serve as primary point of contact for field service requests and customer communications.
  • Create, maintain, and close work orders accurately.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, and priority.
  • Research machine history, warranty status, telematics data, and technical resources.
  • Coordinate parts availability, repair progress, and customer updates.
  • Monitor active repairs through completion and maintain complete documentation.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Prompt and effective follow-up and responsiveness., * 1-3 years of Heavy Equipment Service Operations preferred
  • Fluent in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience with CDK/IntelliDealer preferred
  • Must be Structured, and detail-oriented adhering to process and operational consistency.
  • Analytical and systems-focused with repetitive routines designed to ensure global standardization.
  • Communication rooted in technical knowledge, data, and process improvement.
  • Clear decision-making authority within a well-defined scope of systems and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Leadership focused on execution, adoption, and process integrity
  • Bilingual a plus
