HP seeks a highly experienced 3LS Engineer to serve as the top escalation authority for the most complex field issues.You will lead debugging across hardware, OS, firmware, and drivers, and partner with R&D, ODMs, and vendors to drive permanent quality improvements.The role requires expert root-cause analysis, structured problem solving, and the ability to deliver scalable fixes that enhance product reliability.Strong communication and leadership are essential in a high?pressure environment.
