This leader will drive innovation, engineering excellence, cloud adoption, and digital transformation while ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions that enhance the client experience and support business growth. • Ensurecompliancewithregulatory,risk,security,anddataprotectionrequirementsacrossalldigitalplatforms.
• Leadlarge-scaletechnologytransformationinitiatives,includingcloudmigration,platformmodernization,anddigitalinnovationprograms.
• Manageengineeringbudgets,resourceplanning,vendorrelationships,andtechnologyinvestmentstomaximizebusinessvalue.
• Fosteracultureofinnovation,continuousimprovement,talentdevelopment,accountability,andoperationalexcellence., * Executive Leadership experienceleadinglarge-scalesoftwareengineeringorganizationsandenterprisetechnologyinitiatives.
• Strongexpertisein Digital Transformation , Application Development ,and Enterprise Technology Strategy .
• Deepknowledgeof Cloud Technologies includingAzure,AWS,cloud-nativearchitectures,andplatformmodernization.
• Experiencewith Enterprise Architecture ,distributedsystems,APIs,microservices,andscalableapplicationdesign.
• Strongunderstandingof Agile Delivery , DevOps , CI/CD ,automation,andmodernsoftwareengineeringpractices.
• Provenabilitytodrive Technology Governance , Risk Management , Information Security ,andregulatorycompliance.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management ,executivecommunication,andcross-functionalinfluenceskills.
• Experienceevaluatingtechnologyinvestmentsandunderstandingimpactsto revenue, risk, operational efficiency, and customer experience .
• Strongpeopleleadershipskillswithdemonstratedsuccessin building teams, coaching leaders, succession planning, and talent development .
• Experiencewithin Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, or Institutional Banking environmentspreferred.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of relevant software engineering experience
• Six or more years of experience leading multiple software engineering teams

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
