Database Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong innovation mindset to join our team.This role will be key in managing, optimizing, and evolving our data platforms, ensuring availability, security, and performance.Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL,etc.).Performance optimization (tuning), ensuring high availability and scalability.Backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Implementation of security policies, access control, and regulatory compliance.Automation of operational tasks using scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).Collaboration with development, data engineering, and business teams.Support for modern data architectures (cloud, data lakes, data warehouses).KEY REQUIREMENTS 3-5+ years of experience as a DBA.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.Advanced database administration (installation, configuration, tuning).Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of automation and scripting.Experience with monitoring tools.Experience with predictive analytics or intelligent automation tools is a plus.Other relevant information: Analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.Problem-solving skills.Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.#J-*****-Ljbffr
