Data Platform Tech Lead

The client is seeking a hands-on Software Developer with strong Python and SQL expertise to design, build, and own scalable software solutions that support analytics, reporting, automation, and business workflows., *Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Python and SQL *Build APIs, services, integrations, and analytics-focused applications supporting business workflows and reporting *Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions, owning projects from requirements through deployment *Evaluate technical and architectural decisions independently, communicating the rationale clearly to both technical and business stakeholders *Collaborate with developers, product partners, and cross-functional teams following best practices around version control, testing, CI/CD, reliability, and maintainability *Contribute to emerging technology initiatives, including AI-enabled applications and automation

*4-7 years of professional software development or software engineering experience *Strong hands-on development experience with Python and SQL *Experience designing and building APIs, services, or integrations *Experience developing software that supports analytics and data-driven business use cases *Strong understanding of software architecture, application design, and development best practices *Demonstrated ability to own software solutions through the full development lifecycle *Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical and business stakeholders
