TTG-220 - Systems Engineer - $315,450 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional to support and manage enterprise environments using Microsoft Intune and similar platforms. The MDM Specialist will administer Microsoft Intune and similar enterprise MDM/MAM platforms, configure and support iOS and Android devices, and ensure their compliance within enterprise environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex device, network, and authentication issues, ensuring mobile security through encryption and certificates, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Requirements: 11 yrs - 15 yrs 11 mos

• Bachelor’s Degree and 11 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune or similar enterprise MDM/MAM platforms
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access, and identity management
• Understanding of mobile security principles, encryption, certificates, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot complex devices, network, and authentication issues

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, or automation tools for device management
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
• Background supporting secure government or defense environments
• Knowledge of zero trust architectures and endpoint security tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Mobility & Security, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+)

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc… and it is calculated using the following formula

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
