Job description

micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
  • Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
  • Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
  • Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Product, UX & UI/Visual Design
  • Design Systems & Figma
  • JavaScript / TypeScript & React
  • Accessibility
  • Design & Technical Rationale Writing
  • Design Docs, Research Reports, RFCs/ADRs
  • Trade-Off Analysis
  • Analytical Writing & Complex Information Synthesis
  • Attention to Detail, * 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
  • Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
  • Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.
