Inscribirse en esta oferta At NextLink, we are looking for a Principal Systems Engineer - Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our team and collaborate closely with one of our most recognized clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will join a global cybersecurity environment, playing a key role in the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM) services across global and hybrid infrastructures. With a strong security and DevSecOps mindset, you will work with PAM, Secrets Management, and Privileged Remote Access technologies, supporting both human and non-human identities. Main responsibilities:
- Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve PAM solutions and integrations.
- Manage privileged accounts, vaulting, session control, authentication flows, and secure access workflows.
- Work with IT teams and stakeholders to translate business and security requirements into scalable PAM solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PAM technologies, architecture, and integrations.
- Contribute to or lead initiatives related to access control, identity security, automation, monitoring, and governance.
- Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for PAM services.
- Troubleshoot complex system, authentication, network, and integration issues and support critical incidents.
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and secure-by-design standards.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness.
- Deliver against agreed objectives, milestones, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to PAM, Identity Management, or security-focused infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience managing privileged accounts, vaulting, session control, and access workflows.
- Good understanding of identity and authentication concepts.
- Experience with scripting and automation, such as PowerShell or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across system, authentication, integration, and network-related issues.

Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and the ability to translate security requirements into practical technical solutions. Desirable Requirements
- Experience providing global 2nd/3rd level support for PAM platforms.
- Exposure to PAM architecture design and global deployments.
- Experience integrating PAM solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of network architecture and secure access design.
- Experience driving automation and standardization initiatives.
