Job description

Design, deploy, and maintain Linux platforms to support distributed applications, containers, and mission-critical services.

Manage Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native technologies, automating deployments and operations using Ansible, Python, Bash, or equivalent tools.

Integrate networking, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure services to ensure availability, performance, and security.

Resolve complex system, network, and integration incidents by analyzing root causes and proposing technical solutions.

Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams during the deployment and evolution of platforms.

Participate in the adoption of new technologies related to Linux, DevOps, observability, and applied cybersecurity.

Specific Requirements

Item 01: Academic background and other courses. Verifiable professional experience (at least 3 years). Knowledge of languages (Spanish, English, Galician) with practical application in a professional setting. (punctuation: 30)

Item 02: At least 3 years of proven experience administering Linux systems and Docker- and Kubernetes-based platforms, automating deployments, and resolving complex issues in production environments using Bash, Python, or Ansible (punctuation: 20)

Item 03: Experience in virtualization, IP networking, storage, and high availability, integrating services through APIs and automation. Experience in observability, CI/CD, Git, cloud, and infrastructure as code is a plus. (punctuation: 20)

Item 04: Demonstrated interest in Linux, DevOps, and cybersecurity; a commitment to continuous learning; personal labs; independent projects; or technical contributions. The ability to understand and solve complex problems independently will be highly valued. (punctuation: 15)
