Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering efforts. This position will guide software engineering and quality assurance teams in creating dependable, secure, and scalable solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, sound technical judgment, and a commitment to modern development practices that improve delivery and product quality., * Guide the technical direction of software initiatives by working closely with product and architecture partners to shape resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Lead and develop software engineers and QA team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth across the organization.

• Oversee delivery planning for multiple active projects, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and managing team capacity to achieve consistent results.

• Strengthen engineering execution by promoting contemporary development methods, including automation and AI-supported tools in daily workflows.

• Establish and uphold expectations for coding standards, test coverage, application security, and overall system reliability.

• Partner with DevOps, product management, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure technical work supports broader organizational goals.

• Support informed technical decisions by contributing to solution design discussions and helping teams navigate complex implementation challenges..

Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including work on enterprise-level applications.

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing software engineering teams and guiding delivery across simultaneous initiatives.

• Demonstrated success coaching engineers, managing performance, and building strong, high-performing teams.

• Strong technical foundation with experience influencing architecture, solution design, and key engineering decisions.

• Background in cloud-native systems, modern software delivery practices, and scalable enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile software development principles and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.

• Exposure to AI-enabled development tools, AI/ML platforms, or responsible AI practices is a plus. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
