Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking to hire a Data Analyst to work onsite at one of their premier clients in Spring, Texas (North Houston). This person will be working within a Product Planning organization, focusing on the following areas:

• Data analytics/reporting: DataSight optimization, IDC/channel reports, telemetry insights, market and financial analysis.
• Executive presentation data: Processing data and transforming it into a “story” for management/Executive leadership to present on.
• Attach rate and commodity data support: attach rate reporting, data cleanup, panel mapping, commodity databases, and related analysis.
• Competitive intelligence: competitive spec tracking, product experience benchmarking, customer review monitoring, and quarterly summaries of key insights from reviews, blogs, forums, and other external sources.
• AI tools/agents: development and maintenance of AI agents/tools

Typically 5+ years of experience in a data analytics type role

BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, DataSight

SQL and data querying

Excel modeling & financial analysis

Data storytelling/presentation; written synthesis skills

Competitive/market research methods PC industry experience

Knowledge on local AI

This role is hybrid (3-4 days onsite) with a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST (some flexibility on start/end times).

Compensation: $40-45/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.
