Ecosistemas Global busca un técnico de soporte IT para atender incidencias de nivel 1 y 2, con disponibilidad para trabajar en sede y remoto cuando sea necesario. Se espera experiencia en instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de PCs, laptops y periféricos, junto a gestión de incidencias mediante herramientas de ticketing.El candidato ideal deberá manejar Windows avanzado, con conocimiento de Linux y Mac, redes básicas y prácticas de seguridad.#J-*****-Ljbffr
