Sr. Product Owner (Hybrid)

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Work closely with product manager, director, and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they re clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

• 9+ years of experience in product development
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Serve as product ambassador to communicate release success stories, propose new features and strategies

• Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling and pitch deck creation skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

Preferred skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business/Healthcare/Management related discipline
• Proficiency with Jira, business intelligence, Confluence, omnichannel engagement digital systems, product and project management tools
• Strong sales driven individual

MBA/high-ticket sales experience acceptable as alternative to these requirements

• $80,000-130,000 per year
