Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional - Irving, TX ONSITE - W2 Only

Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field Modules: OM, Inventory, WMS, BOM, WIP, Purchasing/Receiving Technical: PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Web Services, APIs, Oracle APEX, We are looking for a senior Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Lead for an onsite, client-facing role in Irving, TX. This position will act as the primary onsite coordinator between the client/business users and offshore Oracle EBS development/support team. The role is more technical than functional, but the candidate must have strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS SCM business processes across O2C, P2P, Inventory, WMS, BOM, WIP and Receiving. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are mandatory., * Serve as the primary onsite Oracle EBS SCM coordinator for business users and offshore development/support teams.

• Work directly with client business and IT teams on day-to-day production issues, enhancements and new requirements.
• Analyze and document production tickets, identify root causes and coordinate resolution with the offshore team.
• Translate business issues into clear functional and technical requirements for developers.
• Troubleshoot issues across Order Management, Inventory, WMS, Purchasing/Receiving, BOM and WIP.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C and P2P business processes.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day Inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, reservations, material transactions, on-hand discrepancies and inventory interfaces.
• Understand Receiving transactions, PO receipts, deliveries, corrections, returns and related interface issues.
• Troubleshoot BOM/WIP processes including Bills of Material, components, jobs, material issues/returns, completions and related manufacturing transactions.
• Analyze OM issues across order entry, booking, scheduling, inventory, shipping and downstream interfaces.
• Support custom and standard RICEW objects, including interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions and workflows.
• Troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications.
• Strong hands-on development/troubleshooting experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, concurrent programs, APIs and interface tables.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services and Oracle EBS integration architecture.
• Experience developing/supporting Oracle APEX custom applications and forms integrated with Oracle EBS.
• Review offshore team’s technical solutions, code changes and deployment packages.
• Coordinate defect resolution, testing, UAT, production deployment and post-deployment validation.
• Participate in production support, root-cause analysis and permanent-fix recommendations.

Required Qualifications * Strong Oracle EBS R12 SCM technical development and production support experience.

• Strong hands-on SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports, APIs, interfaces and Web Services experience.
• Experience with Oracle APEX custom applications/forms.
• Strong functional understanding of OM, Inventory, WMS, BOM, WIP and Purchasing/Receiving.
• Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex EBS integrations and custom RICEW objects.
• Previous experience as an onsite lead/coordinator working with offshore teams is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable interacting directly with business users and client leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Important: This is not a pure functional role. We need a hands-on Oracle EBS technical lead who can understand SCM business processes, independently analyze production issues, communicate directly with the client and drive the offshore technical team toward resolution.
