Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
Demonstrated progression from senior software engineer into architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise solution design roles
Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications supporting complex business environments
Proven success leading architecture decisions across multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams Technical Expertise Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions utilizing technologies such as:

Observability and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
Experience within financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery environments
Technical leadership across geographically distributed engineering organizations
