join their Engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability and scalability of their next generation of connected health products.Mission: As aSenior Software QA Automation Engineer, your mission will be to own and evolve thetesting strategy, automation frameworks and release validation processesacross the software development lifecycle.You will play a key role in increasing automated test coverage, identifying risks early and ensuring products are robust, scalable and production-ready.Working closely withBackend, Frontend, Embedded and Product teams, you will help build a strong quality culture across Engineering, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the development process rather than treated as a final validation step.The Role: You will be responsible for: Defining and owning thesoftware QA strategyacross the product lifecycle.Planning and executingvalidation processes before production releases.Definingrelease acceptance criteria and quality gates.Performingfunctional, regression and integration testing.Identifying quality risks early and helping prevent production issues.Designing, building and maintainingautomated testing frameworks.Increasing automated test coverage acrossbackend services, frontend applications and APIs.Developing and evolvingunit, integration and end-to-end testing strategies.Integrating automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines.Working closely with Engineering teams to improvecode quality and testability.Reviewing software changes and identifying potential quality risks.Analyzing bugs, reproducing issues and performingroot-cause analysis.Defining and monitoring quality metrics such astest coverage, regression stability, production incidents and release quality.Analyzing production issues throughlogs, metrics and monitoring tools.Promoting testing best practices and aquality-first engineering cultureacross teams.Continuously improving testing processes, automation workflows and engineering practices.What we need: 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation, Software Engineering or Quality Engineering.Strong programming skills inPython.Proven experience designing, developing and maintainingautomated testing frameworks.Hands-on experience testingREST APIs, backend services and web applications.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, includingunit, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.Experience integratingautomated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Experience withGit and collaborative software development workflows.Experience participating incode reviewsand proactively identifying potential quality risks.Strongdebugging, analytical and root-cause analysis skills.Experience working closely with developers and
