We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managed services:

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• proven experience managing complex managed services or outsourcing contracts end-to-end
• strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles (certification is a plus)
• experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP), with either a functional or technical background
• familiarity with SAP and cloud-managed services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
• excellent stakeholder management skills - comfortable operating both in executive settings and hands-on delivery environments
• fluency in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual capabilities are a strong asset in the Belux context), Are you passionate about technology and finance?
