Software Engineer

• You join the backend Analytics team within Product & Engineering: a close-knit team of 20+ data scientists and engineers working closely with product owners to deliver end-to-end platform features.
• You help build and evolve the analytical backbone of the Axon platform.
• You translate strong abstract and analytical thinking into real-world software solutions.
• You integrate customer data into scalable data models, building complex graph structures, analytical logic, and advanced capabilities for calculations, simulations, and querying.
• You write clean, production-ready code with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.
• You build and extend a sophisticated backend, using .NET.
• You use AI-curiously and with judgement-to explore design options, improve code, validate tests, and speed up repetitive work.
• You’ll report to the Lead Software Engineer of Axon technology.

• Have a strong interest in software development. Prior development experience is a big plus, but not required.

We’re looking for Software Engineers who are curious, analytically strong, and excited to grow in an intellectually challenging product environment.
