Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Liantis, you will turn complex data into clear insights that help our organization grow and improve. You will work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to collect, analyze and interpret data. With your analytical expertise, you support strategic choices around organizational development, processes, efficiency and digital innovation. This is what your job looks like

· Collaborating with a variety of corporate services and internal stakeholders to sharply identify business needs and translate them into relevant analyses, dashboards and data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.

· In close collaboration with data engineers, data architects and data stewards, among others, you ensure a clear translation between business questions and technical solutions, so that data creates maximum value for the organization.

· Setting priorities within the analytics roadmap, taking into account budgets, GDPR, security, scalability, technical feasibility, timing and Liantis’ broader data architecture, among other things.

· Developing, testing and optimizing data products and analysis techniques that visualize trends, opportunities and risks to support management decisions and organization-wide optimizations.

· Ensure data quality and consistency by correctly applying quality controls, standards and guidelines, so that reporting remains reliable, accurate and usable for various internal stakeholders.

· Actively contributing to policy-making and strategic projects by translating insights into concrete recommendations that support the further development of Liantis as an organisation and employer.

· Monitoring evolutions within data, analytics and technology, and proactively thinking about innovative applications that contribute to more efficient processes, better decision-making and further digital maturity.

Do you have experience in Power BI?, · Strong analytical skills that allow you to translate complex data into clear insights, trends and recommendations that contribute to organization-wide improvements and strategic choices.

· Technical expertise in exploring source data, modeling datasets, and building easy-to-read dashboards in Power BI. Thanks to your strong DAX knowledge, you can translate complex logic into reliable and user-friendly reporting.

· Experience in working with a variety of internal stakeholders, where you can easily switch between business and IT and know how to convey complex matter to different target groups in an understandable way.

· A critical and curious mindset with which you ask the right questions, detect opportunities and actively think about optimizations and improvements within the organization

· Strong organizational skills that allow you to clearly monitor priorities and manage various projects, questions and deadlines efficiently.

· Proactive and not afraid to take initiative. You think ahead, bring new ideas and actively contribute to a data-driven culture within Liantis.

· Changes don’t scare you off. On the contrary: you move smoothly in an organization in evolution and contribute constructively to further growth and professionalization.
