Client Solution Architects (CSA)

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.\n

• A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Minimum Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in full lifecycle software development for containerized, virtual machine, and cloud-based architecture across multiple security domains (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret) using Agile methodologies\n

• Minimum Four (4) years of demonstrated experience applying DevSecOps principles, including:\n
• Configuring automated security testing tools (SAST/DAST/SCA and container scanners) as quality gates directly in CI/CD pipelines\n
• Working within highly regulated, government-mandated pipelines (e.g., Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) or equivalent DoD enterprise DevSecOps environments)\n, nMinimum Three (3) years of demonstrated experience engineering, integrating, and troubleshooting interoperable software systems within critical defense platforms, specifically:\n

n This position will support critical naval software delivery operations for Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC-PAC), located in San Diego, California. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Application Arsenal (AA), NIWC-PAC’s enterprise-class software distribution and delivery platform for software deployed at the tactical edge. Current deployment targets include Agile Core Services (ACS), USMC Common Hosting Environment, and other continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) software environments.\n \n The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure software delivery pipelines that operate across multiple classification domains and challenging operational environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in modern DevSecOps practices, containerized architectures, and defense-specific platform integration.\n \n For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector’s most complex enterprise needs. • Engineer and maintain full lifecycle software development pipelines for containerized, virtual machines, and cloud-based architecture\n
• Implement and optimize DevSecOps automation across Unclassified, Secret, and Top-Secret security domains\n
• Configure and integrate automated security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanners) as quality gates within CI/CD pipelines\n
• Design and troubleshoot interoperable software systems for deployment in Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent, and Limited-bandwidth (DDIL) environments\n
• Support software delivery to afloat and ashore Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver mission-critical capabilities\n
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and government-mandated pipeline standards\n
• Provide technical expertise for integration with allied partner systems and emerging autonomous platforms\n
