Full Stack Engineer/Agile Engineer

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company with one goal: connect everything, everywhere.Founded in **, we’ve built the first satellite constellation that lets standard commercial devices communicate directly from space.Our technology bridges the gaps that terrestrial networks will never reach, bringing affordable and secure connectivity to industries, governments, and communities across the planet.The Full Stack team builds the web applications and APIs that turn Sateliot’s network data into tools our internal teams rely on every day, from device status and tracking to session and satellite pass management.As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own features from design to production across a Laravel (PHP) and Python codebase, set the bar for quality in a small team, and partner closely with 4G/5G Core Network and IT Platform to surface their data and controls.Design and deliver full-stack features end to end, from technical design through Laravel/PHP and Python APIs to React and Angular web interfaces, with minimal supervision.Set the quality bar for the team: drive unit testing and code quality with SonarQube, meaningful code reviews, maintainability standards, and pragmatic technical-debt management.Own technical design and architecture decisions for reliable tools and dashboards that integrate data from across the company (Core Network, Platform), documenting key trade-offs and helping evolve the platform.Operate what you build in production, working with IT Platform on deployments.5+ years of professional full stack engineering experience delivering production software.~ Extensive senior-level experience building, shipping, and operating production web applications, with deep command of PHP and Laravel.~ Strong full-stack range: REST API design, relational databases (SQLite/PostgreSQL/MySQL), queue-based background processing, Python 3 (Flask/Django), and modern front-end development with React and Angular.~ A track record of owning features from design through deployment and operation, with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and Linux (Ubuntu).~ Substantial hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor throughout your daily development workflow to implement, debug, test, and review code faster while maintaining quality.Experience with satellite, telecom, or IoT data.Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Based in Barcelona, with on-site presence under our hybrid model (3 days on-site / 2 remote).Real impact on one of Europe’s most ambitious space projects.Growth : we cover 50% of courses or master’s degrees (up to 5% of your salary), plus Spanish and Catalan classes.50% on private health insurance and Urban Sports Club, a flexible schedule, and hybrid work, we focus on results, not hours.A truly global team : 20+ nationalities building something genuinely new - and genuinely nice to work with.Catering : if you don’t have time to cook, we partner with a catering company so a freshmeal is sorted, no need to think about it.Parking : on-site parking at the office, with Sateliot covering 50% of the cost - plus free bike parking if you prefer to pedal in.
