Scrum Master

Manage and lead Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Directly interface with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Oversee account management activities and implement ongoing client engagement models.
• Lead CRM implementations, with a preference for Salesforce experience.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and call center operations.

• Utilize project/task management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to organize and track project progress.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams, articulating status, risks, and recommendations.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, maintaining a positive and proactive presence.
• Preferably possess experience working in regulated or complex environments, such as healthcare or life sciences.
• Work remotely and participate in video interviews.
