Job description

  • Leitung internationaler IT-Projekte und Programme in der Fahrzeugproduktion
  • Steuerung des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus von der Planung bis zur Ãœbergabe
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Budgets, Ressourcen, Projektumfang und Änderungen
  • Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Programmleitungen, IT-Management und Steering Committees
  • Sicherstellung von Governance, IT-Security und internen Standards
  • Weiterentwicklung von PMO-Prozessen und Best Practices

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projekt- oder Programmmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Software- und Integrationsprojekten, idealerweise im Automotive- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit großen Projektbudgets und Management-Reporting
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicheres Englisch
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und überzeugende laterale Führung
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder ITIL sind von Vorteil
