IT Project Manager

For one of our leading clients in the Retail sector, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / IT Engagement Manager with a strong infrastructure background to lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives.

In this role, you will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure-related projects in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for driving project execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs while working within a complex and dynamic IT landscape., * Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance to achieve successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, driving engagement and maintaining strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and governance forums to support effective execution and decision-making.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring delivery quality and minimizing project risks.
• Support organizational change management and continuously improve project management practices, methodologies, and delivery standards., * Scale & Impact: Lead engagements with significant budgets, international teams, and strategic business impact.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar leadership role, delivering infrastructure projects and services in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, coordination, risk management, governance, and successful delivery execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across business and IT teams.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors in large-scale, cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with the ability to operate effectively in hybrid and onsite working models.
• Nice-to-have: experience with SAP ecosystems, large-scale transformation programs, Retail/FMCG/Supply Chain sectors, and project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
