Senior AI Engineer

As our Senior AI Engineer, you own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You won’t just be building models, you will be delivering real-world AI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable AI models that drive real business value. From fine-tuning large language models to shaping MLOps pipelines, you’ll lead projects with impact and help others grow along the way. Your job Lead the design, development and deployment of machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning Lead the design, development and deployment of Generative AI applications and AI copilots using Azure AI Foundry Architect and implement end-to-end data and MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD automation Overseeing and optimising AI solutions in production to ensure scalability, reliability and performance Champion responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, explainability and privacy across all projects Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that generate measurable business value Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for ML development, MLOps and Azure-based AI solutions Your job Lead the design, development and deployment of machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning Lead the design, development and deployment of Generative AI applications and AI copilots using Azure AI Foundry Architect and implement end-to-end data and MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD automation Overseeing and optimising AI solutions in production to ensure scalability, reliability and performance Champion responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, explainability and privacy across all projects Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that generate measurable business value Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for ML development, MLOps and Azure-based AI solutions
