CPS Group are working with a leading organisation in a complex and highly regulated environment that is looking to appoint an experienced IT Project Manager to join its Cyber Security Programme.This is a key role responsible for managing and delivering a range of technology, change and cyber security projects as part of a significant multi-year programme.You’ll take ownership of projects from initial definition through to successful delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, business sponsors, IT teams and third-party suppliers, managing multiple requirements and priorities while ensuring strong governance and project reporting throughout.Key responsibilities include:Leading and delivering IT, technology and cyber security projects end-to-endDeveloping project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverablesManaging project risks, issues, dependencies and budgetsWorking with and influencing stakeholders at all

levelsManaging third-party suppliers and vendor relationshipsMatrix-managing resources across the organisationEnsuring appropriate governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycleDeveloping project adoption and change management plansSupporting training, transition and handover into BAUManaging projects across a range of contractual and commercial environmentsWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can demonstrate:Strong experience delivering complex IT projects from initiation through to completionExperience working within a complex, regulated environmentExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong commercial, contractual and supplier management experienceExperience working within or alongside Cyber Security / Cyber Resilience environmentsExperience working in a largely outsourced environment would be beneficialPrevious experience within the utilities sector is desirableQualificationsDegree-level education or equivalentPRINCE2 or PMP qualificationITIL experience/qualification would be advantageousKnowledge of Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) regulations would be highly desirableExperience within a Cyber Resilience setting would be highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
