Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst

We have a contract opportunity for a Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst to be based on a clients’ site in Bristol, The Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a single source of truth for departmental reporting, creating Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and performance analytics that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Advanced Power BI and reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and management information.
• Strong focus on data quality, accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Experience improving and automating reporting processes.
• Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant experience.

Desirable

• Experience within major construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience supporting Quality, Completions, Document Control or Records Management functions through reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions, particularly LC6.
• Previous experience within the nuclear industry.
