Liaise directly with clients by telephone and email regarding accounting information and queries. Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and within required deadlines. Assist senior accountants with processing accounting entries through to trial balance. Support the preparation of management accounts and other accounting matters as required. Ensure client accounts are prepared accurately and to a consistently high standard. Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks and ensuring all deadlines are met. Work collaboratively with the wider bookkeeping and accounts team, providing support where required. Role Requirements - Cloud Bookkeeper Previous experience in bookkeeping, ideally gained within a UK accountancy practice. Excellent working knowledge of accounts preparation for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships. Strong knowledge of, accounting

software, particularly Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. Experience preparing and submitting VAT returns. Ability to prepare accounts accurately and to a high standard.
