IT Project Manager - SC Cleared

An organisation within the Defence & Security space is looking for a Security-Cleared Project Manager to support delivery of software, infrastructure, and technology remediation projects within a Digital Backbone Portfolio. You’ll work under direction of the Programme Manager to plan and deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Key responsibilities

• Deliver software and infrastructure projects end-to-end (initiation through completion)
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Track performance and provide governance / status reporting
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, change control and delivery processes
• Support budgeting, planning, and delivery oversight across stakeholders

• Proven delivery of software and/or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management
• Solid experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting
• Confident risk/issue management
• Methodology knowledge: PRINCE2 / Agile / Waterfall / hybrid
• Security clearance suitable for Defence & Security work

Desirable

• Experience across infrastructure refresh, cloud migration, cyber security, or obsolescence remediation
• Certifications: PRINCE2 / APM PMQ / PMP (or equivalent)

Rate: Up to £66.79/hour (umbrella) Remote The opportunity
