We are still looking for the very Top Talent…and we would be delighted if you were to join our team!Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over ** employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer with Java and Kubernetes who enjoys building scalable, cloud-native applications while working in a collaborative Agile and DevOps environment to join one of our strategic international projects within the banking sector.Is required to go to the client’s offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.High english level is required.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams following a DevOps-centric delivery model.Design, develop, test, deploy, release, and monitor business-critical applications.Participate actively in code reviews and champion software quality best practices.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver valuable solutions.Partner with Solution Architects to design scalable and maintainable software aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-oriented solutions.Implement automated testing strategies using TDD and BDD practices.Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes-based environments.Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery initiatives.Mandatory requirements:Strong experience in Java development and Spring Boot.Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful APIs.Experience working with Oracle SQL databases.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.Knowledge of cloud-native application deployment and management, preferably in Azure environments.Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automated testing.Proven experience working with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).Experience participating in Agile software development teams.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.C1 english levelNice to have:Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.Knowledge of Avro serialization.Experience working with OpenAPI specifications.Familiarity with UML modeling techniques.Experience within financial services or banking environments.Passion for software craftsmanship, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement.¿What can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ?
