Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished HRIS/Workday expert to lead an end-to-end Workday implementation in Spain. You will coordinate HR, IT, and external system integrators, translating requirements into system solutions and driving governance and adoption across the organization.With 5+ years in HRIS/HR Transformation and 4+ years specifically in Workday, you will own the HRIS roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful go-lives and continuous improvements in a fast-paced
