Job description

  • Develop high-quality firmware for advanced embedded products
  • Design and implement software for STM32-based microcontroller platforms
  • Work across the complete product development lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies through to product launch
  • Collaborate closely with electronics, software and systems engineers on new product development
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions
  • Improve and optimise existing products, performance and reliability
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions

Requirements

Are you passionate about embedded systems, real-time software and cutting-edge technology?, * Degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electronics or a related discipline

  • Commercial experience in Embedded Firmware Development
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++
  • Experience with STM32 microcontrollers
  • Experience working with FreeRTOS or similar real-time operating systems
  • Understanding of embedded system architecture and hardware/software integration
  • Fluent German and English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with optical systems, imaging technology or measurement devices
  • Low-level driver development experience
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART or CAN
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary R&D environments
