company, investor and transaction analysis across the European telecom and digital infra spaceMonitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors, including digital infrastructure (data centres, towers, fibre), Telecoms (B2C, B2B) and mediaPerforming valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approachesBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion/ dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivitiesSupporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideasWhat you’ll bring:Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM/IPO advisory or a similar transaction environmentDemonstrable interest in, and prior exposure to, the TMT sector in Europe, including telecommunications, digital infrastructure and mediaExecution experience on live transactions and the ability to manage
