Power BI Developer

Our sister company Stellarmann is seeking a Power BI Developer to join a leading London Market insurer on an initial contract until the end of the year. You’ll play a key role in a major Reporting Transformation Programme, helping to modernise enterprise reporting by migrating legacy reporting solutions onto a modern Azure-based data platform and Power BI architecture.

Working closely with underwriters, business stakeholders and Data Engineering teams, you’ll design and develop scalable Power BI reporting solutions while helping to refine business requirements, create user stories and shape reporting architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on Power BI development with stakeholder engagement and solution design.

• Delegated Authority/Bordereaux reporting experience is essential
• Advanced commercial experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong DAX, SQL and Azure Data Platform experience (including Azure Synapse or similar).
• London Market or Commercial Insurance experience, with exposure to underwriting reporting.

The role requires 3 days pw in London and is offering competitive market rates, Outside IR35.
