• 24x7 Production Support: Keep enterprise database platforms and mission-critical business applications running smoothly.
• Platform Operations: Handle installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup/recovery, replication, and high availability.
• Incident & Problem Management: Resolve production incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and drive long-term remediation.
• Proactive Improvement: Monitor system health and optimize performance to reduce operational risk.
• Engineering & Automation: Design, optimize, and build self-healing capabilities to elevate database stability and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to improve platform stability.
