Technology Program Management

We are seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives within the Digital and Innovation Office. The role will orchestrate delivery across 2-3 cross-functional technology teams, including architecture, engineering, AI, digital product, and business stakeholders. The immediate focus is supporting Finance technology initiatives, with strong preference for candidates who have managed programs involving Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, enterprise platforms, and finance systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with program leadership and can translate business objectives into executable technical delivery plans., * Lead and orchestrate delivery across 2-3 Agile technology teams, coordinating architecture, engineering, AI, digital product, and business stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end technology program execution including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, resources, vendors, change management, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and manage cross-platform architecture dependencies, system integrations, APIs, technical risks, and delivery blockers across multiple engineering teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, Scrum of Scrums, cross-team planning, and SAFe/Agile delivery activities while monitoring metrics such as velocity, burndown, and backlog health.
• Partner with architects, engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into technical execution plans.
• Provide program governance, executive reporting, delivery dashboards, risk reporting, communication plans, and steering committee updates.

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering or technical teams.
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex programs involving architecture, engineering, integrations, dependencies, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and architecture concepts.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments across multiple teams; SAFe experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical initiatives to both engineering teams and executive leadership.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience managing programs involving Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, or Oracle EPM, particularly within Finance.
• Experience with AI-enabled systems, enterprise AI initiatives, digital platforms, or data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile/PMO reporting tools.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, procurement activities, and enterprise system integrations., * Technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs across Finance, HR, Legal, Digital Workplace, or other corporate functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using program metrics and delivery data to support decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
