You will be technical lead of complex web projects for major customers

• You will coach junior developers in their daily tasks.
• You report your progresses and the risks to the Project Manager/Team Supervisor.
• You will participate in creative projects and be part of a dynamic team were fun and innovation are a priority.

You are an experienced and motivated IT developer, interested in web development and new technologies.

• Rich personality, being able to work independently and with experience in taking responsibility.
• Experienced in coaching other developers.
• You stay curious, open to change and innovation and you like to keep on learning.
• You’re a perfectionist and you want to deliver an optimal, most performant result.
• You are bilingual (French/Dutch, Dutch/English, French/English).
• You are a team player, broad-minded and with sense of humour.

You have experiences with the following key technologies:

• Spring, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, …
• CMS and/or portal solutions
• AOP, performance tools, continuous integration server
• Interoperability with back-office systems (XML, Webservice, SOAP, Middleware…)

Knowledge in the following additional topics are an asset:

• RIA development (HTML 5, Adobe Flex/Air, etc…)
• Mobile native development (Androïd, iOS, Windows phone 7)
