Technical Project Manager - AI Platforms & Agentic AI

• Lead the delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of AI skills and autonomous agents that address complex business and engineering needs.
• Partner with engineering teams to support platform onboarding, gather feedback, and increase adoption of AI solutions.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
• Define and track success metrics, including solution reliability, performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
• Manage multiple priorities while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates to ensure successful outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management, program management, product management, or related experience.
• Experience leading AI, Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred skills

• PMP certification or similar project management credential.
• Experience within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
