Job title: Digital ERP Program LeadLocation: Barcelona, Spain.Opellais the self-care challenger with the purest and third-largest portfolio in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market globally.Our mission: to bring health in people’s hands by making self-care as simple as it should be for over half a billion consumers worldwide.At the core of this mission is our 100+ loved brands, our 11,000-strong global team, our 13 best-in-class manufacturing sites and four specialized science and innovation development centers.Headquartered in France, Opella is the proud maker of many of the world’s most loved brands, including Allegra, Buscopan, Doliprane, Dulcolax, Enterogermina, Essentiale and Mucosolvan.B Corp certified in multiple markets, we are active players in the journey towards healthier people and planet.Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at .About the job: What is Butterfly?The Butterfly program was created in April ** to drive the transformation of the company into a fully independent, data & AI-powered organization through innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence, while building the foundations, processes and capabilities needed for long-term success.Butterfly acts as an accelerator of our Value Creation Plan, while ensuring we properly separate from Sanofi.As part of this separation, we aim to implement SAP S4 across the whole company (already deployed 60% of revenues and 2 out of 13 manufacturing sites) over the next 4 years.This strategic initiative will modernize our ERP systems, streamline processes, and enhance our operational efficiency on a global scale, at the same time that we ensure separation from our legacy ERP and connected application landscape.ERP Transformation Leadfor the Butterfly Transformation, reporting to the Butterfly Digital Lead, will be the key driver of this critical initiative.The role will involve strategic leadership, manage a skilled team (mix of internal and external teams), and collaborate across departments to ensure the successful implementation of SAP S4 throughout our global operations.This role demands a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and change management.It is a deeply integrated position, influencing, negotiating, planning, and managing projects to foster alignment and performance across the organization.Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and dedication to driving digital transformation are essential qualities for success in this role.Main responsibilities: 1/ Program Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for the Butterfly ERP Transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and seamless integration across all impacted areas.Own end-to-end delivery of the integrated ERP roadmap across markets and sites, including dependencies with satellite applications and related initiatives.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and protection of delivery timelines and business outcomes.Manage program budgets, support annual digital investment planning, and contribute to governance forums to ensure financial discipline and value realization2/ Strategic Leadership:Act as the central link between business units, Digital teams, and external partners, overseeing the delivery of the SAP S4 implementation.Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, secure sponsorship, and communicate program progress effectively.3/ Vendor Management:Establish and oversee strategic vendor partnerships and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with the Butterfly Program operating model and delivery standards.Manage system integrators and third-party vendors, including contracts, SLAs, and performance.4/ Functional & Techical Leadership:Lead solution design discussions, assessing technical feasibility and guiding the development of scalable, efficient, and compliant ERP architectures.Collaborate with business units to drive process standardization and continuous improvement as part of the ERP transformation.5/ Change ManagementCollaborate with business units to drive process standardization and continuous improvement as part of the ERP transformation.6/ Quality AssuranceCollaborate with business units to drive process standardization and continuous improvement as part of the ERP transformation.About you: Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
