Vehicle Software Integration Engineer - befristet 12 Monate

As a vehicle SW integration engineer you will be responsible for bringing our latest technologies on to the road.

• You will assume responsibility of our development fleet , from building through tooling to driving and improving .

• You will support formulat ing hardware requirements and their fulfilment.

• You will help to improve and maintain the system on the software as well as the hardware side.

• You will combine low-level hardware issue resolution skills, e.g., sensor setup , with software debugging skills.

• You will hands-on develop tools to improve software-hardware workflows and data handling .

• You will be responsible to calibrate sensors .

• You will work with various function owners to plan and conduct test drives.

Finally, y ou will have the chance to work as a part of a dynamic team, which develops the latest machine learning technologies for future products . Y our role will be to help the team to transfer these solutions into vehicles and real products. With this responsibility, you will have a core role to shape the future of mobility.

• Experience with debugging vehicle setups (Ethernet and Vehicle CAN streams) .

• Good programming skills in Python and C++ . Rust is a plus .

• Class B. car driving license from an EU member state .

• Experience with Linux and Windows based computer environments .

• Excellent communication skill in English, spoken as well as written.

Bonus

• Experience and training to act as a test driver .

• Experience in machine learning technologies and algorithms .

• Experience in working with and managing car senso ry data from the likes of radar, lidar and camera.

• Experience in developing software as part of a team .

• Autonomous driving or ADAS experience .

• Proficiency in German.
