• Content Creation: Develop technical assets such as code samples, SDKs, demos, tutorials, documentation, and blog posts to help developers use a company’s product.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in online forums, social media, and other community channels to answer questions, provide support, and gather feedback.
• Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for external developers, helping them resolve technical issues and offering guidance.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at developer conferences, meetups, and workshops, and potentially help organize these events.
• Collaboration: Work with internal product and engineering teams to relay developer feedback and contribute to improving the overall developer experience and tools.
