IT Manager

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks an IT Manager to lead IT operations supporting manufacturing and corporate teams. This role oversees infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications to ensure secure, reliable systems for production and business functions. You’ll manage IT staff, vendors, and projects, driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Partner with operations and leadership to align technology with strategic goals while upholding cybersecurity, safety, and compliance. • Oversee infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications uptime and security
• Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to align IT roadmap with plant and corporate goals
• Manage IT projects, vendors, and budgets to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with corporate and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of IT processes
• Support incident, problem, and change management for critical operations
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation
