SAP FI/CO Analyst

Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is seeking an SAP FICO Analyst to support, configure, and enhance an SAP S/4HANA environment with a focus on Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT teams, and external vendors to improve business processes, support ongoing operations, and deliver system enhancements., * Configure and support SAP FI/CO solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and support procedures
• Support integrations between SAP Finance and other enterprise applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration and support experience
• Experience with SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Close
• Experience with SAP Controlling functions including Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA
• SAP S/4HANA certifications
• Experience with SAP integrations (MM, SD, PP, PS, EAM, Treasury, Security)
• Knowledge of FP&A reporting, bank management, and foreign currency processes
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
