IT Software Developer Analyst-Level 2

• Lead development and integration efforts for new or existing applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test full-stack applications.
• Perform Power BI dashboard development, SQL data structuring, API integrations, and workflow automation.
• Engage in cloud development and ensure applications are reliable and efficient.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in Agile project planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in application development, cloud computing, and enterprise software architecture is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Git, AWS (Lambda, ECS, CFT, CW, S3, SM), Postgres, and Docker.
• Experience with Typescript, Node, Python, Angular, and NestJS.
• Knowledge of database design and optimization (DDL, indexing).
• Understanding of DevOps practices, cloud automation, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, software lifecycle, and scrum ceremonies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Java, and .NET.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, or IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe) are preferred.
• Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Familiarity with JIRA for creating stories and tasks.
• Experience with QMetry/Playwright for testing features and executing test cases.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements like SOX and cybersecurity best practices.
