  • Collaborate with data SMEs to design scalable data models; oversee data migration, quality, governance, sharing & security architecture
  • Review and approve solution designs, custom code, configurations, and integrations submitted by senior developers
  • Collaborate with DevSecOps to ensure secure deployments and compliance with DoD/Army security requirements
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation: architecture decision records, system diagrams, compliance artifacts
  • Conduct architectural reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure long-term maintainability and compliance
  • Translate complex Army requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Mentor the Development team by promoting best practices, enforcing standards, and building technical excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience on enterprise-scale, complex programs
  • Prior experience in DoD or federal environments with active Secret or higher clearance
  • Proven track record leading senior Salesforce developers and making high-stakes architectural decisions
  • Demonstrated production-grade experience delivering OmniStudio solutions or equivalent
  • Experience delivering full-lifecycle solutions from requirements through support and maintenance
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (US-based candidates only)

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level Apex (classes, triggers, async processing, bulkification, test coverage)
  • Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing & security architecture, governor limits
  • Proven experience with enterprise-scale integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, ETL)
